Privacy notice

Draft — needs review before launch. This is a working outline of what the site actually does with a submission. Everything in [square brackets] is a real fact still to be filled in, and the whole page should be checked by whoever signs off FablyNation's compliance.

Who we are

FablyNation, [legal entity name], [street address], [city], Portugal. [VAT / company registration number]. For anything on this page, write to [privacy@fablynation.com].

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: whether you are a brand, a retailer or something else, your name, your company, your email address, the country you operate in, and your message. Alongside it we store the time of the submission, the IP address it came from, the browser's user-agent string and the page that referred you — kept solely to identify automated abuse.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to you and, if it goes further, to take the steps leading to a commercial relationship. Under the GDPR that is Article 6(1)(b) for enquiries that lead to an agreement, and Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and in keeping this site free of abuse — for the rest. We do not use what you send for marketing, and we do not sell or share it.

Where it goes

Your submission is stored on our own server in [country], and an internal notification is emailed to us. That notification deliberately contains no part of your message — only a reference number and a link — so nothing you write leaves our systems by email. We use no third-party form processor, no analytics and no advertising trackers.

Cookies

This site sets one strictly necessary cookie, used to protect the contact form against cross-site request forgery. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, so there is nothing to consent to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for [retention period] and then deleted, unless they have become part of a commercial relationship, in which case our ordinary business record-keeping applies.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to object to our using it at all. Write to [privacy@fablynation.com] and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD, or to the authority where you live.
